Become an Emerald™ Practitioner

With Emerald, it's never been easier to enhance your practice. To get started, fitting certification is required of eye care practitioners to ensure knowledge of the corneal reshaping process. As required by the FDA, certification is necessary for both Emerald and Bausch & Lomb Vision Shaping Treatment™ before you can begin dispensing this exiting new modality. It is a two-step process.

1. The Bausch & Lomb VST™ certification test can be taken online at www.imagesource.tv/bauschtest .Once you have successfully completed the VST Orthokeratology Certification Test, you will receive a VST certification number. Please note the number. You will have to provide it in step two.You will also receive a VST certificate and patient brochures for your office when you successfully complete the VST certification process.

2. The Emerald certification test can be downloaded here:

Please download the answer sheet, fill in the required information (including your VST certificate number) and fax it to Euclid at 703-471-7577 for scoring. You will receive your Emerald certificate and patient brochures upon successful completion.
